摘　　要：烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)是离子通道型受体,属于Cys-loop受体的超级家族,通过配体门控离子通道介导许多生理活动,是治疗精神类疾病的重要靶点。nAChR包括肌肉型和神经型2种。nAChR是由5个亚基组成的具有中心孔道的五聚体,本文简要介绍了近年来烟碱乙酰胆碱受体结构的研究进展。Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor（nAChR）belongs to the Cys-loop receptor family of ligandgated ion channels mediating many physiological activities in the nervous system,and is an important drug target for treatment of neurological diseases.It contains both the muscle-type nAchR and the neuron-type nAchR.nAChR is a pentamer consisting of five subunits with a central channel.The recent advances of the structure of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor have been introduced in this article.
