红景天对心肺转流相关性肺损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨红景天注射液对心肺转流(CPB)相关性肺损伤的保护作用。方法 CPB下行心脏直视手术患者60例随机均分为两组:R组术前5d至术后2d静脉滴注红景天注射液;N组则给予等量生理盐水。术前(T0)、主动脉开放时(T1)、术后6h(T2)、术后24h(T3)及术后48h(T4)检测两组患者TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平和肺功能氧合指数(OI)、呼吸指数(RI)。结果与T0相比,两组患者T1~T3时TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平升高(P<0.05),T1~T4时OI降低,RI升高(P<0.05);与N组比较,T1~T4时R组患者TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平和RI降低,OI升高(P<0.05)。结论在心脏直视手术患者,红景天注射液能降低炎症反应,减轻CPB所致的肺损伤。Objective To investigate the protective effect of rhodiola rosea on cardiopulmonary bypass（CPB）-related lung injury. Methods Sixty patients undergoing open heart surgery under CPB were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each. Group R was intravenously injected rhodiola rosea and group N was injected the same volume of normal saline. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 and oxygenation index（OI） and respiratory index（RI） were detected before operation（T0）, aortic opening （T1）, at 6 hours （T2）, 24 hours （T3） and 48 hours after operation（T4）. Results Compared with TO, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 were higher at T1-T3, OI was lower and RI was higher at T1-T4（P〈0.05）. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 and RI at T1-T4 were lower and OI was higher in group R than those in group N（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rhodiola rosea can reduce the inflammatory response and attenuate CPB-induced pulmonary injury in the patients undergoing open heart surgery.
