摘　　要：目的探讨AngioJet机械血栓抽吸术治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞的临床效果。方法回顾性分析采用AngioJet机械血栓抽吸技术治疗的33例急性下肢动脉栓塞患者的临床资料。根据术中造影结果评价动脉复通效果，并随访观察其临床症状、体征，所有患者均定期接受下肢动脉彩色多普勒超声检查以评估其临床疗效。结果33例患者均顺利完成吸栓手术，术中、术后均未发生严重并发症。随访6～24个月，31例患者提示下肢动脉通畅，2例患者再次出现下肢缺血症状，随访中均无截肢。结论AngioJet机械血栓抽吸技术治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞安全有效，可迅速清除血栓，恢复患肢血流，短期疗效显著，长期疗效需进一步的临床研究加以证实。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of AngioJet mechanical thrombus aspira- tion in the treatment of acute arterial embolization of lower extremity. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients who were with acute arterial embolization of lower extremity and were treated with Anglo Jet me- chanical thrombus aspiration were retrospectively analyzed. According to the results of intraoperative angi- ography, the effects of arterial reeanalization was evaluated, and the clinical symptoms and signs were ob- served by follow-up. All patients were regularly examined by color Doppler ultrasonography of lower ex- tremity artery to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Results Thrombectomy was performed successfully in all 33 cases, and no serious complications occurred during and after operation. After 6 -24 months of fol- low-up, examination on 31 patients suggested that the arteries of the lower extremities were unobstructed, and 2 patients had the symptoms of lower limb ischemia again, and no amputation was found during the follow-up. Conclusions AngioJet mechanical thrombus aspiration is safe and effective for acute arterial embolization of the lower extremities. It can quickly remove thrombus and restore limb blood flow, of which the short-term effect is significant, it is necessary to implement further clinical study to confirm long-term efficacy.
