摘  要:提出了一种新型宽带24通道V波段综合孔径辐射计。通过改变本振频率,辐射计可在7个频点上工作,总带宽达到了1.4GHz。详细介绍了天线、接收通道、本振、电源等模块的设计。设计时广泛采用了单片微波集成电路(MMIC),实现了高增益和低噪声特性。对增益、噪声系数、1dB压缩点等参数进行了测试,结果表明24个接收通道的性能一致性较好。使用该辐射计对噪声源和高温物体进行了成像试验,成像结果清晰、锐利,实现了较好的成像效果。A novel V-band wideband synthetic aperture radiometer with 24 receiving channels was presented,which could work on 7 different frequencies with a total bandwidth as high as1.4 GHz.The design of antenna,receiving channels,local oscillator,and power module were discussed in detail.MMIC chips were used in the design to achieve high gain and low noise.Parameters were measured,such as gain,noise factor,P1 dB,and so on.It is shown that the performance of all 24 receiving channels is fairly consistent.Imaging tests are performed on both noise source and high-temperature target by using the radiometer,which show good imaging result of sharp and clear images.
