摘　　要：随着中国加入世界贸易组织,在促进我国国际贸易事业发展的同时,与世界各国的竞争也日益激烈,为了推动中国海洋高新技术的快速发展,尽快与世界上的先进水平相接轨,提高海洋工程项目管理效率已成为工程项目建设中的一项重要研究课题,对加速海洋工程建设的发展具有重大意义。本文对如何提高海洋工程项目管理效率进行了探讨,并给出了几点建议,希望能给相关专业人士或管理人员提供一些参考。With the China accession to the world trade organization, in promoting the development of China＇s international trade business at the same time, with the rest of the world is also increasingly fierce competition, in order to promote the rapid development of high-tech marine Chinese, as soon as possible to integrate with the advanced level of the world, improve the management efficiency of marine engineering project has become an important research topic in engineering in project construction, is of great significance to accelerate the development of marine engineering construction. This paper discusses how to improve the efficiency of marine engineering project management, and gives some suggestions, hoping to provide some references for relevant professionals or managers.
