温湿试验箱辅助读数系统的设计

摘　　要：为了提高温湿试验箱内置温湿度表的检测效率,本文设计了一个高效的辅助读数系统装置,该装置通过在温湿度箱内安置多个摄像头,将内置温湿度表的读数方法由箱外直接观测改进为箱内多点探测、箱外视频观测。该系统采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和ARM STM32单片机的处理架构,可视化操作、读数准确。试验表明,该装置将温湿试验箱的工作效率提高3~4倍。In order to improve the calibration efficiency of temperature humidity test chambers for hygrothermograph,an efficient auxiliary reading device is presented in this paper.The device provide multiple cameras,improving the observation methods from direct observation to video observation by multi points detection in the box.The system adopts FPGA and ARM STM32 MCU processing architecture,it is visual operation,accurate reading.The test shows that the work efficiency of the test chamber is increased by 3 to 4 times.
