摘　　要：原型泡沫病毒(prototype foamy virus,PFV)属于反转录病毒科泡沫病毒亚科,Bet是其编码的1个非结构蛋白.研究表明Bet蛋白在调控病毒蛋白的表达及病毒释放等过程中发挥重要作用.为进一步探究Bet的其他功能,通过酵母双杂交实验,以Bet作为诱饵钓取到与之相互作用的蛋白SUMO1,并初步探究了Bet对SUMO1功能的影响.实验结果表明,Bet与SUMO1在真核细胞中存在相互作用;Bet能够影响SUMO1在细胞中的定位,进而影响核定位蛋白NS1mut的SUMO化修饰.Prototype foamy virus（PFV） belongs to spumaretroviruses, a subfamily of Retroviridae, Bet is a non-structural protein encoded by it. Research has shown that Bet plays an important role in regulating viral protein expression and virion release. In order to further explore other functions of Bet, in this study yeast two-hybrid assays were performed, in which SUMO1 was captured with Bet as the bait protein. Furthermore, the influence of Bet on the functions of SUMO1 was studied preliminarily. The results showed that Bet could interact with SUMO1 in eukaryotic cells; Bet could affect the cellular localization of SUMO1, thus affecting the SUMO modification of the nuclear localization protein NS1 mut.
