摘　　要：针对包钢氮气用量增加、氧氮产品比与需求不匹配的问题，提出对6^#空分设备进行氮气增产改造方案。介绍空分设备性能参数，分析氮气增产的可行性，阐述改造方案的实施步骤和改造效果。In respect to the increase in Baosteel＇s nitrogen consumption and the mismatching between oxygen/ nitrogen product ratio and the demands, a nitrogen output-increase reform scheme is proposed for 6^# air separation plant. The performance parameters of the air separation plant are briefed, the feasibility of nitrogen output-increase is analyzed, and the implementation procedures of the reform scheme and the reform effects are described.
