基于PLC、变频器与组态王的“运料小车运动控制系统”综合实训课题的研究

摘　　要：随着工业控制技术的发展,PLC、变频器、组态王软件已广泛地应用于现阶段的生产控制。本文介绍了一种自动控制运料小车的SFC程序。它基于PLC设计,由变频器实现调速控制,并通过与组态软件相结合来实现人机交互,实现了对控制系统的实时监控。该课题作为技师阶段的实训课题,综合应用性强,学生学习兴趣高。With the development of industrial control technology,PLC,inverter and Kingview software have been widely used in the production control at the present stage. In this paper,a SFC program for automatic control of a transport car is introduced. It is based on PLC design,which realizes speed control by inverter,and realizes human-machine interaction with configuration software,so as to realize real-time monitoring of the control system. As a practical training subject in the stage of technicians,the subject has a strong comprehensive application,and students have strong interest in learning.
