摘　　要：目的：探讨团体心理治疗对康复期结直肠癌患者情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：将64例结直肠癌患者按随机数字表法分为两组（n=32）。观察组采用常规治疗及团体心理治疗,对照组只采用常规治疗。两组治疗前后采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评表（SDS）及癌症患者生命质量测定量表（FACT-G）评分,比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的差异。结果：观察组患者干预后焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组（t=-12.62,-9.84;P〈0.01）,观察组患者干预后生活质量总分及各领域得分均高于对照组（t=4.09,4.24,8.28,3.41,3.88,6.95;P〈0.01）。结论：团体心理治疗可作为结直肠癌治疗一种辅助方案,能减少其焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,提高其生活质量。Objective：To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on the emotion and quality of life of colorectal cancer patients at recovery stage.Methods：A total of 64 colorectal cancer patients at recovery stage were randomly assigned into two groups：Treatment group（n=32）and control group（n=32）.Both groups received drug therapy and conventional care,and the patients in treatment group were given extra group psychotherapy for 8 weeks.Assessment comprised FACT-G,SAS and SDS.Results：There were no significant differences between two groups in the scores of SDS and SAS before intervention（P〉0.05）,while the scores of SDS and SAS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 8 weeks after the treatment（t=-12.62,-9.84;P〈0.01）.While the scores of FACT-G in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 8 weeks after the treatment（t=4.09,4.24,8.28,3.41,3.88,6.95;P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Group psychotherapy can be used as a supplementary therapy for the colorectal cancer patients at recovery stage,which can reduce their anxiety and depression,improve their quality of life.
