摘 要:采用盆栽砂培试验,研究了不同浓度(0、20、40、80、150、200mM)的盐(NaCl)胁迫对潍坊当地菊芋幼苗的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,低浓度(20、40mM)的盐胁迫,菊芋幼苗的鲜干重,叶绿素含量变化不大,随着浓度的增加(80mM),菊芋幼苗的鲜干重,叶绿素a含量开始下降;当NaCl浓度达到150mM和200mM时,菊芋幼苗生长明显受抑制而逐渐死亡。研究结果说明,潍坊当地菊芋具有较高的耐盐性。Sand culture experiments were carried out to study the effects of different salt stress concentrations, 0, 20, 40, 80, 150, 200raM, on the seedling growth in weifang local Jerusalem artichoke. Results show that there are no obviously changes on Jerusalem artichoke seedling fresh dry weight, chlorophyll content under low concentration (20, 40mM) salt stress, whereas, with the increase of concentration (80mM), Jerusalem artichoke seedling fresh dry weight and content of chlorophyll a began to decline. Finally, the seedling growth was inhibited and death obviously until NaC1 concentration reaching 150 and 200mM in Jerusalem artichoke. The results showed that weifang local Jerusalem artichoke might have higher salt stress resistance.
