摘　　要：在当前体育健身热潮下,为更好推动潍坊市全民健身服务工作的开展,采用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法等研究方法,在对潍坊市群众体育发展现状进行诊断调研的基础上,构建了政府为主导的和市场为主导的多元化全民健身体系,并为体系的推广提出有效对策。Under the environment of hot sports fitness, the paper uses the method of literature, field survey, interviews and other research methods to investigate and research the basic situation of mass sport development in Weifang City in order to better promote the development of it. On the basis of it, it builds the government leading and market leading multi national fitness system and promotion system. At the same time, it puts forward the effective countermeasures.
