摘　　要：为研究主动配电网控制技术应用下的扩展规划问题,在考虑主动配电网灵活运行的网架结构的基础上,建立主动配电网扩展规划双层模型。首先,研究考虑网架动态重构的主动配电网扩展规划的主要流程框架,并据此构建主动配电网双层扩展规划的数学模型,模型中规划层以配电网年综合费用最低为目标,运行层以分布式电源消纳量最大为目标。将配电网网架结构动态重构对配电网运行的影响转化为运行层模型,模拟和量化其对规划阶段工作的影响。其次,模型求解过程中,基于图论＂避圈法＂改进配电网的网架编码,提高可行解的生成概率。利用遗传算法和十进制整数粒子群算法双层嵌套的形式,对模型进行求解。最后,以配电网为算例验证了所建模型的合理性和有效性。In order to study expansion planning problem of distribution network with active distribution network control technology, considering flexible grid structure of active distribution network, a bi-level model of active distribution network expansion planning is established. Firstly, the main process framework of active distribution network expansion planning is considered, and the mathematical model of active distribution network bi-layer expansion planning is constructed. In the model, the planning layer aims at the lowest annual comprehensive cost of distribution network, and the operational layer is targeted at the maximum amount of distributed power consumption. Effect of dynamic reconfiguration of the distribution network structure on distribution network operation is transformed into the operation layer model, and impact of the operation layer on planning phase is simulated and quantified. Then, in process of model solving, the algorithm of ＂avoid circle＂ based on graph theory improves grid coding of distribution network and probability of generating feasible solutions. The model is solved with genetic algorithm and decimal integer particle swarm algorithm. Finally, taking an actual distribution network in a city as a case, rationality and validity of the model are verified.
