摘 要:将电气化铁路牵引负荷引起的负序功率作为研究对象,以改善电能计量方式为研究目的,首先分析了牵引负荷负序功率流向,阐述了负序条件下有功电能计量方式存在的问题,对此提出正序有功电能计量方案。其次,通过正负序潮流分析对比不同计量方式的合理性。再次,根据三相不平衡系统正序功率算法,推导得出不同计量方式的计量误差理论表达式。通过计算机仿真和实测数据研究对所提方案和算法进行了验证,结果表明:正序有功功率计量方案能够缓解负序条件下电能计量不准确的问题,以及误差定量计算式的正确性和有效性。This paper takes negative-sequence electric active power as study object, brought by electrified railway traction load, aiming to improve electric metering method. Firstly, negative-sequence power flow of traction load is analyzed, the problems of electric metering methods in negative-sequence condition are presented. and a positive-sequence active power electricity metering scheme is put forward. Secondly, rationality of different electricity metering schemes is compared with positive and negative sequence flow analysis. Then, on basis of calculation method of positive-sequence power in three-phase unbalanced system, theoretical expressions of measurement error in different electricity metering methods are obtained quantitatively. Finally, simulation results based on the proposed model and algorithm and measured data indicate that the proposed positive-sequence active power electricity metering scheme can alleviate the problem of unreasonable measurement of electric energy in negative sequence condition. Thus reasonability and effectiveness in error quantitative calculations are verified accordingly.
