摘  要:复合绝缘子高压端护套内部存在气隙时导致电场畸变,引起内部局部放电,长期的局部放电可能导致护套击穿,降低芯棒的机械性能,从而引发芯棒断裂。气隙尺寸是影响内部电场畸变的主要原因,应用有限元分析软件COMSOL建立了交流110 k V复合绝缘子气隙三维模型,计算分析了气隙尺寸中跨度、厚度、长度,对内部气隙电场分布的影响。结果表明:相比完好状况,高压端护套内部气隙场强最大值大约提高1.5~4倍,内部气隙承担的场强远高于介质承担的场强。内部气隙场强最大值与跨度、厚度之间呈正相关,与长度之间呈负相关,跨度和长度的影响逐渐减弱,后期趋于平稳,而厚度的影响后期依旧显著。气隙尺寸中跨度、厚度、长度,三者对内部气隙场强的影响存在交互效应,可通过数值分析将其等效成三元三次多项式回归模型。Internal air gap in sheath of composite insulator high-voltage terminal can lead to electric field distortion,causing internal partial discharge. Long-term partial discharge may cause the sheath to break down and degrade mechanical properties of mandrel, thus causing rupture of the mandrel. Since air gap size is the main reason affecting internal electric field distortion, a 3 D air gap model of AC 110 k V composite insulator is established with COMSOL, and influence of span, thickness, length on electric field distribution is analyzed. Compared with intact condition, maximum air gap field strength in the sheath increases about 1.5~4 times and the internal air gap suffers much higher field strength. The air gap field increases with increase of the span and thickness, and weakens with increase of length. The influence of span and length will decrease gradually and tend to be stable, but the influence of thickness is still obvious later. The influence of span, thickness, and length on the air gap field has an interactive effect, which can be equivalent into a ternary cubic polynomial regression model by numerical analysis.
