摘  要:选取5种具有典型结构的双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜专用料,研究了该专用料分子结构对BOPP薄膜拉伸工艺及性能的影响。结果表明:共聚组分含量较高的F280B原料具有较宽的拉伸工艺窗口,其薄膜的光学性能较好,但力学性能相对较低;薄膜性能受原料分子链等规度和共聚单体含量等因素的影响。5 kinds of biaxial tensile polypropylene(BOPP) film special materials with typical structures were selected. The influence of the molecular structure of the special material on the tensile process and properties of BOPP films was studied. The results show that the F280B material with high concentration of copolymerization has a wide stretching process window, the optical properties of the film are better, but the mechanical properties are reduced, the properties of the film are influenced by the factors such as the molecular chain and the content of the copolymerized monomer.
