摘　　要：金融扶贫的有效性、可持续性是大家关注的问题,文章重点探讨分析了如何认识金融扶贫工作中普惠金融与特惠金融的作用和各自的利弊得失,进而对今后政府政策如何更好地支持金融扶贫脱贫提出了若干建议和思考。The effectiveness and sustainability of financial poverty alleviation is a concern. This paper focuses on how to understand the role of inclusive finance and preferential finance in the financial poverty alleviation work and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, it puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on how to support financial poverty alleviation.
