摘　　要：目的:探讨不育症的病名源流及发展。方法:通过计算机检索中国基本古籍库及手工查阅相结合的方式收集、整理相关文献,根据不同病名及年代先后顺序对其不育症中医病名发展源流进行考辨。结果:收集有关不育病名及分类的古籍文献条目为708条,涉及古籍书目129本,统计不育病名18种,分别为:不育、求子、无子、无后、绝子、求嗣、无嗣、艰嗣、绝嗣、精薄、精清、精冷、精寒、精瘀、精寒、精闭、少精、有子等。结论:不同的历史时期,不育症的病名不同,并随着朝代的更替,政治、经济、文化的发展,不育症的病名也随之丰富,且对不育症的病因病机的认识也在不断的递增。Objective：To explore the origin and development of the name of infertility.Methods：Through computer retrieval and manual inspection of basic Chinese ancient library literatures,the relevant literatures were collected and arranged.Then the origin and development of TCM infertility names were researched according to the name and age successively.Results：There are 708 articles on the collection of ancient books on the name and classification of infertility,involving 129 books of ancient books and 18 kinds of infertility names.They were as follows：Buyu,Qiuzi,Wuzi,Wuhou,Juezi,Qiuci,Wuci,Jianci,Jueci,Jingbo,Jingqing,Jingleng,Jinghan,Jingyu,Jingbi,Shaojing,and Youzi.Conclusion：In different historical periods,the name of infertility is different.Along with the replacement of dynasties and the development of politics,economy and culture,the name of infertility has also been enriched,and the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of infertility has been increasing.
