摘  要:目的测定祛浊通痹复方中落新妇苷、薯蓣皂苷元、姜黄素、槲皮素4种成分,建立祛浊通痹复方质量控制的方法。方法采用快速液相色谱法(RPLC)对复方中的落新妇苷、薯蓣皂苷元、姜黄素、槲皮素进行含量测定。结果落新妇苷、薯蓣皂苷元、姜黄素、槲皮素的线性范围分别为0.105~0.525μg(R2=0.9993)、0.637~3.185μg(R2=0.9998)、0.021~0.105μg(R2=0.9999)、0.0625~0.313μg(R2=0.9977),平均加样回收率分别为101.29%、97.35%、101.97%、99.18%。结论该方法准确,重现性和稳定性好,可用于祛浊通痹方的质量控制。Objective: To detect the levels of Astilbin,Diosgenin,Curcumin,Quercetin in Quzhuo Tongbi Fu- fang,and to establish its method of quality control. Methods: The content of Astilbin, Diosgenin, Curcumin and Quercetin in the formula were determined by the Rapid Performance Liquid Chromatographic (RPLC) technique. Results: The linear range of Astilbin, Diosgenin, Curcumin and Quercetin separately was 0.105-0.525 p.g (R2= 0.9993) ,0.637-3.185 μg(R2=0.9998),0.021-0.105 μg(R2=0.9999) and 0.0625-0.313 μg(R2=0.9977),respec- tively. The average plus sample reeovery rate was 101.29%, 97.35%, 101.97% and 99.18%, respectively. Conclu- sion: The method is aecurate,reprodueible and stable,and it can be used for quality control of Quzhuo Tongbi Fufang.
