管灸对面神经损伤家兔面神经核内BDNF及其受体TrkB表达的影响

摘　　要：目的研究管灸对面神经损伤家兔面神经核中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其受体蛋白激酶B受体(Trk B)表达的影响。方法采用机械压榨法制作家兔面神经损伤模型,将家兔随机分为假手术组、模型组、管灸组、热疗组,通过免疫组化学法检测各组面神经核中BDNF及其受体TrkB的蛋白表达变化。结果家兔面神经损伤后面神经核BDNF及其受体TrkB的表达均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),管灸组面神经核BDNF及其受体Trk B的表达均显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论管灸疗法可显著提高面神经核中BDNF及其受体TrkB的表达,这可能对促进面神经损伤后面神经核的再生和修复有重要作用。Objective： To study the effects of tube-moxibustion on the expression of BDNF and receptor tyro- sine kinase B in the facial nucleus of rabbits with facial nerve injured. Methods ： The model of facial nerve injury in rabbits was made by mechanical press and the rabbits were randomly divided into the sham operation group, the model group,tube-moxibustion group and thermotherapy group. The expression of BDNF and receptor TrkB protein levels were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results： After the facial nerve injury,the expression of BDNF and its receptor TrkB in nuclei nervi facialis decreased significantly （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. The expression of BDNF and its receptor TrkB in the facial nerve nucleus of the tube-moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of the model group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tube-moxibustion can significantly increase the expression of BDNF and TrkB in the facial nucleus,which may play an important role in promoting the regeneration and re- pair of facial nerve injury.
