摘 要:目的建立用于生脉注射液的五味子药材挥发性成分指纹图谱方法。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法结合固相萃取法提取五味子药材挥发性成分;利用GC法建立指纹图谱检测方法;通过GC-MS联用技术确认指纹图谱中参照物峰;并在生脉注射液中验证五味子药材挥发性成分指纹图谱的控制意义。结果五味子挥发性成分指纹图谱中有9个特征峰,其中5、6号峰分别为4-萜品醇和α-松油醇;生脉注射液中存在五味子药材挥发性成分指纹图谱信息。结论 GC法用于生脉注射液中五味子挥发性成分指纹图谱建立方法稳定可靠,指纹信息在生脉注射中显著,能有效控制生脉注射液中五味子挥发性成分质量。Objective: To establish an method for determining fingerprint of volatile components in Schisandra chinensis in Shengmai Injection. Methods: The volatile components was extracted by the combined methods of steam distillation and solid phase extraction. The fingerprint was determined by GC. And the reference peaks were confirmed by GC-MS. And there was a verification of fingerprint of volatile components in Schisandra chinensis in Shengmai Injectionin. Results : There were nine character peaks in fingerprint of volatile components in Schisan- dra chinensis. The fifth and sixth peak were Terpinen-4-ol and c^-Terpineol. The fingerprint of volatile compo- nents in Schisandra chinensis existed in Shengmai Injection. Conclusion: The method of determining fingerprint of volatile components in Schisandra chinensis in Shengmai Injection is stable and reliable. Fingerprint informa- tion is significant in Shengmai Injection and can effectively control the quality of volatile components in Schisan- dra chinensis in Shengmai Injection.
