温经洗外用颗粒联合康复锻炼促进SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折术后功能恢复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温经洗外用颗粒联合康复锻炼促进SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折术后功能恢复的临床疗效。方法将患者120例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组采用康复锻炼治疗,治疗组采用温经洗外用颗粒联合康复锻炼治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、踝关节活动范围以及Maryland足部评分。结果治疗组优良率为85.00%,高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者踝关节背伸、跖屈角度以及Maryland足部评分增幅明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折术后采用温经洗外用颗粒联合康复锻炼能加快踝关节功能恢复,临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe Wenjingxi External Granules combined with rehabilitation exercise on pro- moting the postoperative functional recovery of Sanders 1V type calcaneal fractures. Methods： 120 cases of Sanders IV type calcaneal fractures were divided into the treatment group and the control group, according to ran- dom number table method. The control group was treated with rehabilitation exercise ,while the treatment group was treated with Wenjingxi External Granules combined with rehabilitation exercise. The following data was ob- served and compared between the two groups： clinical efficacy,range of ankle joint activity and Maryland foot score. Results： The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was 85.00% ,while that in the control group was 63.33% ;the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Before treatment,there was no significant differ- ence in ankle dorsiflexion,plantar flexion angle and Maryland foot score between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. After treatment,the ankle dorsiflexion,plantar flexion angle and Maryland foot score were significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： After operation,Sanders IV type calcaneal fracture treated with Wenjingxi External Granules combined with rehabilitation exercise can accelerate the recov- ery of ankle function, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
