摘 要:泡沫金属由于其良好的缓冲、减震性,近年来在工业领域得到了越来越广泛的应用.为了研究泡沫铜夹层对铝合金压印接头的力学性能影响,本文采用5052铝合金对其进行压印连接试验,并添加不同厚度的泡沫铜夹层作为对比,通过静力学拉伸-剪切试验,对接头的成形质量、接头强度、失效位移、失效模式和能量吸收能力进行研究.结果表明:泡沫铜夹层对压印接头成形质量有一定的削弱作用;泡沫铜夹层可以很好地吸收压印接头所承受的拉伸-剪切力,可以增大板材所能承受的最大拉伸-剪切载荷,并且泡沫铜夹层的厚度越大,这种作用越明显;泡沫铜夹层可以提高压印接头的失效位移均值,且夹层厚度对其无显著影响;泡沫铜夹层对压印接头的能量吸收能力有明显的提升作用,并且泡沫铜夹层的厚度越大,接头能量吸收能力越大.Due to its good cushioning and shock absorption,foam metal has been used more and more widely in industrial field in recent years. In order to study the effect of foamed copper metal sandwich on mechanical properties of clinched joints of aluminum alloy,this paper uses 5052 aluminum alloy to clinch and connect it,and the foam copper metal sandwich with different thickness is used as a contrast. The effects of foamed copper metal on the forming quality,strength,failure displacement,failure mode and energy absorption of the composite joint with impression bonding were investigated. The results show that the foamed copper metal sandwich has a certain weakening effect on the forming quality of the clinched joint. The foam copper metal absorbs the tensile shear force of the clinched joint very well and increases the maximum tensile shear load that the plate can withstand. The thicker the foamed copper metal sandwich is,the more pronounced the effect is. The foamed copper metal sandwich can increase the average value of the failure displacement of the clinched joint,and the thickness of sandwich has no significant influence on it. The foamed copper metal sandwich can obviously improve the energy absorption capacity of the clinched joint,and the thicker the foamed copper metal sandwich is,the greater the energy absorption capacity of the joint is.
