摘　　要：结直肠癌是胃肠道中最常见的恶性肿瘤,而结肠息肉尤其是腺瘤性息肉是结肠癌前病变的指征之一.作者采用基于16S rRNA基因的高通量测序技术,对收集自云南省第一人民医院结肠息肉患者粪便样品的细菌群落结构进行分析研究.不同患者粪便样品微生物群落存在较大差异,其中拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门以及变形菌门在7个样品中所占序列比例较高;在科的水平上,拟杆菌科、毛螺菌科、瘤胃菌科以及肠杆菌科为主;在属的水平上,所占序列比例较高的菌属为拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、Clostridium Xl Va、Lachnospiracea科未分类属以及粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium).部分结肠息肉患者肠道细菌组成与健康人群存在较大差异,分析结肠息肉患者肠道微生物群落组成,有利于发现早期癌症病变指征,为建立无创早期肿瘤诊断方法提供依据.Colorectal cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the gastrointestinal tract,and colonic polyps,especially adenomatous polyps,are one of the indications of precancerous lesions. The stool samples of colon polyps patients was collected from the First People＇s Hospital of Yunnan Province. After barcode high-throughput sequencing,the bacterial community diversity of the samples were analyzed and compared. In different colon polyps patients,the microbial communities of fecal samples have great differences. Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the dominant phyla. At the family level,Bacteroidaceae,Lachnospiraceae,Ruminococcaceae and Enterobacteriaceae were the major families. Bacteroides,Clostridium Xl Va,Faecalibacterium and Lachnospiraceaincertaesedis were the predominant genera. The intestinal bacterial compositions of patients in partial colonic polyps were quite different from that of healthy population. Analysis of intestinal microflora in patients with colon polyps is useful for finding the indication of early cancer and providing a basis for establishing a non-invasive early tumor diagnostic method.
