成人奇静脉左移与年龄的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察成人不同的年龄组,奇静脉主干的分布状况,掌握奇静脉解剖学行程的规律,为奇静脉系、后纵膈、胸腔大血管疾患的诊治提供参考依据。方法胸部经螺旋CT强化扫描的受检者60例;根据年龄分为A组(≤40岁)、B组(41~55岁)、C组(56~70岁)及D组(≥71岁),每组15人。自左肾上端平面至第6胸椎平面,观察并测量奇静脉的左移距离。结果 (1)59例奇静脉起自右腰升静脉,1例奇静脉起自左腰升静脉;(2)56例奇静脉发生左移,即从脊柱前正中线右侧逐渐越过中线至左侧,左移的距离分别是:A组(0.08±0.07)cm;B组(0.73±0.29)cm;C组(1.18±0.31)cm;D组(2.02±0.39)cm。(3)受检者年龄与奇静脉左移量呈正相关(Pearson相关,r=0.871,P=0.000)。结论成人随着年龄的增大,奇静脉逐渐发生左移,这是机体衰老的表现;了解奇静脉的行程规律与年龄的关系,有助于胸部、尤其是后纵膈疾病的诊断。Objective To observe the arrangement of the azygos vein in various aged groups and to determine the location of the vein with reference to the vertebral midline. Methods 60 patients （38 male cases, 22 female cases ） were collected and examined on enhanced chest computed tomography. Four groups were divided according to their ages. Group A （≤40 years old） ; Group B （between 41 and 55 years old） ; Group C （between 56 and 70 years old） ; Group D （≥71 years old）. The azygos vein was observed from the section of the top of left kidney to the 6th thoracic vertebra. Results 59 cases of the azygos vein were originating from the right ascending lumbar vein, while 1 case arose from the left ascending lumbar vein. 90% cases of the azygos vein had a left shift course. The average distance of left shift of the azygos vein was 0.08 cm, 0.73 cm, 1.18 cm and 2.02 cm from group A to D. A positive correlation was observed between the left shift and the aging process （Pearson correlation： r=0.871, P=0.000）. Conclusion The results indicate that during the aging process, the azgyos vein revealed a tendency of leftward displacement.
