摘　　要：在新媒体环境下探索和构建大学德育素质积分体系和管理平台,不仅提高了大学生参加德育活动的积极性,也为大学生自我教育创新了平台,同时,也为思政工作者及时了解和掌握大学生的成长状况提供了新的途径,进一步提高了高校思政工作的针对性和时效性。To explore and construct the integral system and management platform of college students’ moral quality in the new media environment not only enhances the enthusiasm of college students to participate in moral education activities,but also innovates the platform for college students’ self-education. At the same time,it also provides a new way for the ideological and political educators to keep abreast of students’ growth and make the ideological work more targeted and timely.
