地方药材水蜈蚣的生药学鉴定及薄层色谱研究

摘　　要：目的完善地方药材水蜈蚣的生药学鉴定及薄层色谱研究方法,为其质量标准的制定提供实验依据。方法采用原植物基源、药材性状、粉末显微、薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果详细描述了原植物形态特征、药材性状特征、粉末显微特征和薄层色谱特征。结论这些特征可作为水蜈蚣药材的生药学鉴定依据,为水蜈蚣质量标准制定及进一步开发利用提供参考依据。Objective To identify Kyllinga brevifolia Herba for providing the scientific evidence of quality standard. Methods The Kyllinga brevifolia Herba are identified by origin, microscopic and TLC identification. Results The morphological feature of original plant, character of crude drug, microscopic characters of transverse section, powder and TLC are described. Conclusion The characteristics can be used to identify Kyllinga brevifolia Herba, which can also be used to make the quality standard of Kyllinga brevifolia Herba and further development and utilization.
