摘　　要：目的对北京市零售药店姜厚朴饮片进行质量分析,以期为其质量评价和市场监管提供实验依据。方法收集样品54批,采用性状鉴定法进行观察描述和感官评价,利用高效液相色谱法测定厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量,并对性状、酚含量、价格进行相关性分析。结果酚含量在1.55%~6.39%之间。厚度与酚含量呈正相关,形状和外表面颜色与酚含量呈负相关。价格与性状、酚含量无显著相关性。结论酚含量的合格率为98.1%,且厚度越高,酚含量越高。价格高低并不能反映出饮片质量好坏。Objective To investigate the quality of ginger processed Magnoliae officinalis cortex in Beijing retail drugstore, in order to provide experimental data for quality assessment and pharmaceutical management. Methods 54 samples are collected and analysed. Macroscopic identification is applied to observe and evaluate their characteristics. HPLC is used to determine the contents of magnolol and honokiol. Meanwhile, the correlation analysis is carried out. Results Total quantity of magnolol and honokiol is between 1.55 % ~ 6.39 %. There is a positive correlation between thickness and content, but shape, color of the outer surface is negatively correlated with the content. Besides, there is no significant correlation between price, content and characteristics. Conclusion 98.1 % of the samples are qualified in content criterion. The higher the thickness, the higher the content. However, the price cannot reflect the quality of the cortex.
