白茅根水提物治疗膀胱灌注化疗所致化学性膀胱炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察白茅根水提物对膀胱灌注化疗所致化学性膀胱炎的治疗效果。方法选取2015年6月至2016年12月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院收治的膀胱癌术后灌注化疗发生化学性膀胱炎患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予白茅根水提物治疗,对照组给予索利那新治疗,比较两组治疗前后及两组间的IC症状指数、IC问题指数、急迫性尿失禁次数、24 h内每次平均尿量。结果两组患者治疗后IC症状指数和IC问题指数下降,实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);其中实验组在改善尿频、膀胱区疼痛和24 h每次平均尿量优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组在改善夜尿优于实验组(P<0.05);两组在改善尿急和急迫性尿失禁方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论白茅根水提物治能明显减轻化学性膀胱炎的刺激症状,增加膀胱储尿期容量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Lalang Grass Rhizome Water Extract on chemical cystitis caused by bladder perfusion chemotherapy. Methods From June 2015 to December 2016, 80 cases of chemical cystitis are treated after bladder cancer surgery with chemotherapy in our hospital. They are randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group is given Lalang Grass Rhizome Water Extract treatment, the control group is given solifenacin treatment. The IC symptom index, IC question index, urgency incontinence rate and average urine volume in 24 h are compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and between the two groups. Results The IC symptom index and the IC question index decreased in the two groups after treatment. The times of urgency, urination, urgency incontinence, bladder pain in 24 h are significantly improved after treatment（P〈0.01）. The times of urination and bladder pain in 24 h of the experimental group are more improved than the control group（P〈0.01）. There is no significant difference between the two groups in improving the times of urinary urgency and urinary incontinence in 24 h（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The Lalang Grass Rhizome Water Extract treatment could obviously relieve bladder irritation, increased urine storage capacity.
