摘　　要："以人民为中心"是无产阶级政党一切工作的根本价值遵循与目标导向,体现了马克思主义"以人为本"的核心价值理念。党的十九大提出的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是中国特色社会主义政治经济学发展的最新理论成果,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央治国理政思想体系成熟的科学概括与总结,是新的时代条件下党和国家进行各项工作的基本要求与根本遵循。理清习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的内在逻辑对于新时代指导我国特色社会主义现代化建设事业和建设社会主义现代化强国具有重大的理论和实践指导意义。＂People centered＂ is the fundamental value and goal orientation of all works of the proletariat party. It embodies Marx＇s core value concept of ＂people-oriented＂. The Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era proposed on the 19th National Congress of the CPC is the latest theoretical achievements of the development of Socialist Political Economics with Chinese Characteristics, is the scientific summary and conclusion of the national governance system of CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core, is the basic requirement and foundation for the work of the CPC and the nation for a new era. To clarify the internal logic of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is of great theoretical and practical significance for guiding the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and building a modem socialist power country.
