山西省替代产业的选择基准及演替模式研究

摘　　要：文章以产业生命周期理论为切入点,阐述了选择替代产业的必要性。以全面、客观和可操作性为原则,提出了选择替代产业的思路,即以定性分析为主的初选和以定量分析为主的终选,并以山西省为例进行了替代产业的选择,结果显示,文化旅游业为山西省第一替代产业。在对典型国家和地区的产业演替过程进行分析的基础上,归纳出三种产业演替模式,分别是:线性演替、以点带面、网状演替。文章认为,根据山西省的发展实际,要坚定不移地以文化旅游产业为第一替代产业培育发展,采用重大项目驱动的网状演替模式助力文化旅游产业成为山西省的支柱产业。The paper explains the necessity of substitute industry with the entry point of industry life cycle. Then it summarizes the selection strategy for substitute industry： the first selection stage is mainly conducted from qualitative analysis, the second is mainly conducted from quantitative analysis. Then the analysis of the reality of development has shown that the cultural tourism industry is the most reasonable substitute industry for Shanxi province. At last, the paper analyzes the industry evolution mode of typical countries and areas, then is generalizes three evolution modes of substitute industry： linear evolution mode, ＂point to an area＂ evolution mode and mesh evolution mode. The paper holds that Shanxi province should take the cultural tourism industry as the most reasonable substitute industry and adopt the mesh evolution mode which is driven by the major projects to realize the evolution of industrial structure.
