摘　　要：近年来,国际大都市和经济发达的城市群、城市带层出不穷,进而加快了世界范围内的城市化进程。中国作为一个人口众多的发展中国家,在城市经济蓬勃发展的过程中,各类城市病亦纷至沓来,资源供给的有限性与人们对其日益增长的需求也不断冲突,种种残酷的现实已严重制约了城市的健康发展。长春市作为东北老工业基地的重要一员和吉林省经济社会发展的关键引擎,只有完善都市的空间规划体系,提高城市综合承载力,才能有力地促进经济发展和生态环境建设,从而对周边城市的发展发挥有力的辐射和带动作用。In recent years, the international metropolis and the economically developed urban agglomeration and urban belt have continued to emerge in an endless stream, thus accelerating the process of urbanization in the world. As a developing country with a large population, China is suffering from various types of urban illnesses during the process of booming economy. The limited supply of resources and its ever-increasing demands from people are constantly conflicting. The cruel reality has been severely restricted the healthy development of the city. As an important member of the northeast old industrial base, Changchun City, is the key engine of economic and social development in Jilin Province. It is necessary for it to improve urban spatial planning system and the city＇s comprehensive carrying capacity. Furthermore, it is also vital to effectively promote economic development and ecological environment so that it could play a leading role in the development of the surrounding cities.
