摘 要:平煤八矿二水平轨道下山绞车房硐室,采用锚(索)网喷支护以后,硐室两帮开裂、顶板喷层脱落且底鼓严重。采用理论分析、数值模拟的方法,对硐室围岩稳定性进行了分析。研究结果表明,硐室围岩岩性差、地应力高和采动影响是造成硐室围岩收敛和底鼓严重的主要原因。为此,提出了钢丝绳网锚杆支护-底板卸压槽-围岩注浆联合支护新方案,通过现场工业性试验表明,该方案能够有效地控制硐室围岩变形问题。After supported by bolting with wire mesh,the winch chamber of track-dip in No.2 mining level in Pingdingshan No.8 coal mine was unstable. The two sides of the chamber cracked,its top shotcrete layer exfoliated,and its floor heaved seriously. Using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, studied the stability of surrounding rocks of chamber. The results show that the main reasons for the convergence of chamber surrounding rocks and severe floor heave are poor surrounding rocks, high stresses,and mining influence. Therefore,new scheme of combined supporting by shotcrete-rope- meshbohing with stress relief slot and grouting was put forward. In-situ industrial test showed that the new supporting scheme can effectively control the surrounding rocks deformation of chamber.
