摘 要:在充分研究瓦斯浓度对于煤炭安全事故发生的影响以及瓦斯传感器的原理之后,利用自校正技术提高瓦斯传感器测量数据的准确率,建立了基于自校正传感器的瓦斯浓度监测系统。利用本系统对给定的瓦斯浓度进行了测量,测量误差较小,满足设计要求,通过对比可知,自校正瓦斯传感器比瓦斯传感器测得的数据的误差更小。After fully studying the influence of gas concentration on coal safety accident and the principle of gas sensor, the self-calibration technology is used to improve the accuracy of gas sensor on the measurement of data, the gas concentration monitoring system based on self-calibration sensor is established. The system is used to measure the given gas concentration. The result shows that the measurement error is small, which can meet the design requirements. It can be seen from the measure results comparison between the self-calibration gas sensor and the gas sensor that the error of the former is less than that of the latter.
