摘 要:采用离散单元法,基于EDEM软件对小倾角带式输送机进行模拟仿真,研究各摩擦因数对带式输送机输送性能的影响。结果表明:随着颗粒间的摩擦因数和颗粒与输送带间的摩擦因数的增大,对机构的输送效率具有促进作用;机构所受驱动扭矩先逐渐增加后逐渐减小并最终趋于稳定;带速的增大使得物料的质量流率逐渐增加,但带速过大也会降低物料的质量流率。同样带速的增大也降低了机构的驱动扭矩。所以选择合理的输送带速度有利于提高带式输送机的输送性能。The discrete element method is used to simulate the small angle belt conveyor based on EDEM software. The influence of friction factors on the conveying performance of belt conveyor is studied. The results show that with the increase of friction factor and the particle and the friction factor between the conveyor belt, the transmission efficiency of the mechanism has a role; mechanism driven by torque increase first and then gradually decreased and stabilized; the belt speed increases, the mass flow rate of material increased gradually, but the speed is too high will reduce the mass flow rate of material. The same speed increases also reduces the drive torque of the mechanism. Therefore, the choice of reasonable conveyor belt speed is beneficial to improve the conveying performance of belt conveyor.
