摘  要:对高压水射流割缝机液压支撑系统的构造进行了简单介绍,分析了该系统的工作原理。在仿真软件AMESim中对液压支撑系统建立模型,根据该设备的实际工况,在AMESim中设置与之相对应的参数。从仿真结果中,获得了活塞杆的位移、速度和加速度、液压缸进出油口的压力和流量特征曲线。通过对曲线进行分析,证明了该液压支撑系统支撑效果良好,能够满足工作需求。The hydraulic support system of high pressure water jet cutting machine is briefly introduced, besides, the working principle of hydraulic circuit is analyzed. The model of hydraulic support system is established in AMESim. According to the actual conditions of the device, the corresponding parameters are set in AMESim as well. The displacement, velocity and acceleration characteristic curve of the rod and the pressure and flow characteristic curve of the hydraulic cylinder inlet and. outlet are obtained from the simulation results. Through the analysis of the curve, it is concluded that the hydraulic support system has good supporting effect and can meet the working demand.
