应力腐蚀对7075铝合金锻压板材焊接接头的性能影响

摘  要:对比分析了纵焊焊接和环焊焊接2种方式下的焊接接头组织结构分布情况,以及2种焊接接头组织的平均气孔直径与气孔率,结果表明,纵焊焊接工艺的整体焊接质量要高于环焊焊接工艺的焊接质量;同时,分别对无应力腐蚀状态下的普通剥落腐蚀行为以及加载应力下的应力腐蚀行为进行了试验,结果表明,纵焊接头不管是在硅油介质中还是在盐水介质中,其耐腐蚀性均高于环焊接头。Comparative analysis of the longitudinal welding and welding ring under the two ways of welding joint structure distribution, as well as two kinds of average pore structure of welded joint diameter and porosity, the results show that the longitudinal welding quality is higher than that of ring welding process of the overall quality; at the same time, respectively, on the corrosion status the stress corrosion behavior under normal loading should be peeled off and tested under the stress corrosion behavior. The results show that the longitudinal welded joints in silicone oil medium or in saline medium, its corrosion resistance is higher than that of ring welding head.
