摘 要:监控系统在煤矿安全生产中发挥着尤为重要的作用,一方面可以有效提高生产效率,另一方面也能为安全隐患的发生提供可靠的预警,进而保证煤矿工人的人身安全。基于PLC单片机,提出了一套煤矿安全生产监控系统。首先,阐述了基于PLC单片机的煤矿安全生产监控系统的监控机理;其次,分别对系统的信号采集/调理、PLC单片机控制和信号传输3大模块进行了详细的功能分析;最后,从3大模块出发,完成了基于PLC单片机的煤矿安全生产监控系统的完整设计。该系统具有可靠性高、灵活性强、操作简单和扩展性强等特点。The monitoring system plays a particularly important role in the safety production of coal mine, on the one hand, which can effectively improve the production efficiency, on the other hand, which can also provide a reliable early warning function for security risks, and ensure the safety of coal mine workers. Based on PLC microcontroller, a set of coal mine safety monitoring system is put forward. Firstly, the monitoring mechanism of coal mine safety production monitoring system based on PLC microcontroller is explained. Secondly, the detail analysis respectively on the signal acquisition / system conditioning, PLC controller system and signal transmission is performed from the functions of the above three modules. Finally, the coal mine safety production monitoring system based on PLC is completed, which has high reliability, simple operation, high flexibility and expansibility.
