摘  要:对上湾选煤厂的煤泥水性质进行分析,选用聚丙烯酰胺和聚合氯化铝对该厂低变质程度煤泥水进行絮凝沉降试验并优化药剂用量,试验结果表明:2种药剂联合用药,能获得最佳的加药量和最佳絮凝效果,并探讨了细泥影响絮凝沉降效果的机理,此结果为选煤厂煤泥水处理工艺实现智能化提供理论依据。Analyzed coal slime water properties of Shangwan coal preparation plant,and selected polyacrylamide and polyaluminium chloride to dispose the low metamorphic degree of coal slime water, the aim is to study flocculation sedimentation and optimize the reagent dosage. The result of experiments shows that the combination of polyacrylamide and polyaluminium chloride can obtain the best dosage and the best flocculation effect, and finally discusses the mechanism of influence of fine clay floeculation sedimentation, the results can provide the theoretical basis for intelligent of the coal slime water treatment process of coal preparation plant.
