摘  要:以钴盐为催化剂,对神府煤进行催化热解研究。考察了钴离子的添加量、热解温度以及热解方式等条件对热解煤焦油总收率及其轻重组分含量的影响。研究表明,钴系催化剂能提高热解焦油的收率,并对焦油轻重组分含量也有很大的影响;温度和热解方式对其也有很大影响。在实验条件下,当钴离子的添加量从0增加到9%时,焦油总收率由2.56%增加到5.86%,焦油中轻组分含量由41%增加到63.33%。半焦催化热解、负载钴离子的半焦催化热解时焦油总收率降低,但其轻组分含量有所增加。Shenfu coal catalytic pyrolyms by rio-catalyst was stuoleo, the ettects uJ. ,u,u mu , pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis method on the total tar yield and composition of pyrolysis tar were investigated. It was showed that the total yield of tar was increased by Co2+ catalyst, and the light and heavy tar content was influenced greatly by Co2+ catalyst, temperature and pyrolysis method. When Co2+ addition increased from zero to 9%, the total tar yield increased from 2.56% to 5.86%, and the light tar content increased from 41% to 63.33%. The total tar yield was decreased and the light tar increased to some extent, while char or Co-char was used as the catalyst.
