摘  要:采用水溶液聚合方法,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,用腐殖酸和丙烯酰胺、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚(APEG-1000)为原料合成新型分散剂,其中原料比为腐植酸∶丙烯酰胺∶APEG-1000=2∶1∶1,引发剂用量为4%,合成后的接枝共聚物采用IR、TG、DSC对聚合物的结构进行了表征,并测定由其制成的水煤浆的表观黏度、流变及Zeta电位、吸附量。实验结果表明:水煤浆的浓度为63%、分散剂用量为干基煤的0.20%时,表观黏度可降低至400 m Pa·s。A new type of dispersant for coal-water slurry (CWS) was synthesized by means of aqueous solution polymerization, using potassium persulfate as initiator as well as humic acid and the acrylamide, APEG-1000 as raw materials. The raw material ratio of humic acid and the acrylamide, APEG-1000=2 :1:1, dosage of initiator was 4%. The structure of the copolymer was characterized by means of IR, TG and DSC, and the properties such as apparent viscosity, Zeta potential, were also determined. The experimental results show that the apparent viscosity of the CWS from the dispersant is 400 mPa. s under the conditions of 63% coal and 0.20% dispersant dosage.
