摘 要:通过对"十二五"期间新疆煤矿所发生的事故进行数据统计,了解事故现状、特点、规律,并按照事故致因理论进行分析,将煤矿企业安全管理与煤矿安全监察存在的问题作为主观因素考虑,针对事故规律为煤矿安全管理和监察提出改进建议,从而达到减少和遏制煤矿伤亡事故的目的。Based on the data statistics of accidents in Xinjiang coal mines during the "12th Five-year Plan" period, analyzing the status, characteristics and laws of accidents and analyzes them according to the accident cause theory. From the problems existing in coal mine safety management and coal mine safety supervision, factors considered, for the accident characteristics for safety management and monitoring recommendations for improvement, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing and containing coal mine casualties.
