Roy适应模式对Stanford B型主动脉夹层瘤患者围术期焦虑心理的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨Roy适应模式对Stanford B型主动脉夹层瘤患者围术期焦虑心理的影响及其临床应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2017年12月在该院接受治疗的90例Stanford B型主动脉夹层瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规治疗与常规护理的基础上给予Roy适应模式干预,比较二组患者经治疗护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分,生活质量评分、患者满意度。结果结果显示,观察组患者与对照组比较,焦虑评分、抑郁评分均较低(P<0.05);生活质量评分与患者满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论 Roy适应模式的应用可显著缓解Stanford B型主动脉夹层瘤患者围术期的焦虑心理,改善患者的生活质量,有效提升患者满意度,值得在临床应用推广。Objective To discuss the influence of Roy adaptation model on Perioperative period anxiety of patients with Stanford B type aortic dissection and its clinical value.Methods Ninety patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection from January 2014 to December 2017 in autjhor＇s hospital were randomly divided into control group（45 cases）and observation group（45 cases）.The patients in control group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in the observation group were given Roy model intervention based on routine treatment and routine nursing care.After treatment and nursing,the anxiety score,depression score,patient satisfaction scores,quality of life in patients between the two groups were compared.Results The results showed that a lower anxiety score and depression score in the patients of observation group,compared with the control group（P〈0.05）,but the quality of life score and the patient satisfaction in observation group were higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of Roy adaptation mode can significantly alleviate the perioperative anxiety of patients with Stanford B aortic dissection,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
