摘 要:对不同热轧工艺条件下薄规格ERW用X70管线钢的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析和研究。结果表明,钼元素可有效扩大针状铁索体+粒状贝氏体区,抑制珠光体形成效果优于铬元素;低温卷取有利于细化组织,提高综合力学性能,但在一定程度上会抑制析出,而适当提高卷取温度可促进钒元素的析出,弥补因细晶强化造成的强度损失。The microstructure and mechanical properties of thin ERW X70 pipeline steel with different hot rolling process were analyzed and studied. The results showed that the Mo element could effectively enlarge the formation zone of the acicular ferrite and granular bainite, and the effect of Mo on the inhibition of pearlite formation was better than that of Cr. Although low coiling temperature was beneficial to refine the microstructure, and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties, the precipitation was inhibited. Higher coiling temperature could promote the precipitation of V ( C, N) , and compensate for the strength loss caused by fine grain strengthening.
