摘　　要：目的:通过医院网络安全应急处置方案的设计,确保网络安全事件发生时医疗业务安全稳定运行。方法:根据医院信息系统技术架构特点,结合相关法律法规要求,围绕"快速启动、流程简单"的原则,设计医院应急系统和应急操作流程,形成医院应急响应体系。结果:形成一整套网络安全应急处置方案。结论:医院网络安全预案在应急事件发生时起到了行动指南的作用,在网络安全应急事件中对医院业务流程的开展给予了有效支撑。Objective： Secure the smooth operation of hospital in network security events by the development of emergency response plan. Methods： Design hospital emergency system and emergency operation process, and draw up a hospital network emergency response plan according to the technique characteristics of hospital information system and the requirements of related laws, and by the principles of ＂fast to start, easy to use＂. Results： Completed a set of network emergency plan. Conclusion： The hospital network emergency plan acts as a guidebook and provides effective supports to medical operations in a network security event.
