摘 要:随着移动通讯和移动计算的飞速发展,各种移动应用逐渐走进水资源管理部门。移动应用可以有效地支持水资源业务的精细化管理和标准化建设,有足于提升水资源业务的工作效率、管理水平和客户满意度。为此,设计了移动应用的总体框架,分析了水资源管理实施移动应用的切入点,并针对性地对最严格水资源业务管理中的移动作业、移动办公、移动公众服务与移动智能等典型场景进行了选取、设计和规划,可为国家水资源监控能力建设项目业务管理移动应用及其平台的研究与建设提供参考。With the rapid development of mobile communications and mobile computing, various mobile applications gradually enter water resources management department. Mobile applications can effectively support the lean management and standardization of water resources business, and improve the efficiency, management level and customer satisfaction of water resources business, The overall framework of mobile applications is designed, the entry points for the implementation of mobile applications in water resources management are analyzed, and some typical scenarios as mobile operations, mobile office, mobile public service and mobile intelligence in the most stringent water resources business management are selected, designed and planed. This practice can provide references for the research and construction of business management mobile application and its platform in national water resources monitoring and control capacity building project.
