摘 要:在传统高速钢成分的基础上,设计了一种新型的含硼铁基耐磨合金。研究了淬火温度(950、1000、1050和1100℃)对新型含硼铁基耐磨合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经过淬火处理后,含硼铁基耐磨合金的基体组织转变为韧性较好的低碳马氏体,硼碳化物的类型未发生变化,其数量较铸态有所减少;随着淬火温度的升高,其硬度呈现出先增加后减少的趋势,当温度为1050℃时,硬度值达到最大,为63 HRC;含硼铁基耐磨合金淬火态的冲击韧性随淬火温度的升高而增加,当淬火温度为1150℃时,冲击韧性值达到最大,为10.4 J/cm2。Based on the composition of traditional high speed steel, a new type of Fe-base wear-resistant alloy containing boron was designed. The effect of quenching temperature (950, 100, 1050 and 1100 ℃) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the new Fe-base wear-resistant alloy containing boron was studied. The results show that, after quenching, the matrix microstructure of the Fe-base wear-resistant alloy containing boron is transformed into low carbon martensite with good toughness, and the types of boron carbides have not changed, and the amount of boron carbides is less than that of as-cast alloy. With the increase of quenching temperature, the hardness increases first and then decreases. When the temperature is 1050 ℃, the maximum hardness is 63 HRC. The impact toughness of the Fe-base wear-resistant alloy containing boron increases with the increase of quenching temperature. When quenching temperature is 1150℃ , themaximum impact toughness is 10.4 J/cm2.
