摘  要:利用热力学模拟软件计算了碳化物形成元素含量和温度对GH536合金中碳化物析出量的影响,同时,对经不同温度固溶处理后的合金箔材的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。热力学模拟结果表明:C含量的增加显著地提高了碳化物的析出含量;随着温度升高,碳化物含量减少。试验结果较好地验证了热力学模拟结果,即随固溶处理温度升高,M6C碳化物逐渐回溶,箔材强度降低,塑性提高。GH536合金箔材经1150℃固溶处理后能够获得较好的综合性能,满足蜂窝产品冲压成形使用要求。The effects of carbides forming element content and temperature on the precipitation of carbides in GH536 alloy were calculated by thermodynamics simulation software, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy foil treated by solution treatment at different temperatures were also studied. The thermodynamic simulation results show that, the increase of C content significantly increases the precipitation content of carbides. With the increase of temperature, the content of carbides decreases. The experimental results verify the thermodynamic simulation results well, with the increase of the temperature of solution treatment, M6C carbides redissolve gradually, and the strength of the foil decreases and the plasticity improve. The alloy foil treated at 1150 ℃ can obtain better comprehensive properties and meet the requirements of honeycomb forming.
