摘  要:按正交试验方案系统地研究了热处理、深冷处理对W6Mo5Cr4V2(简称W6)高速钢耐磨性的影响,从磨损体积和碳化物的分布两方面对耐磨性进行了分析。结果表明:深冷处理后的W6高速钢磨损体积明显减少;深冷处理对碳化物的析出影响很大,深冷处理可以细化组织,改善耐磨性。Effects of heat treatment and cryogenic treatment on wear resistance of W6Mo5Cr4V2 (referred to as the W6) high speed steel (HSS) were studied systematically by orthogonal test method. The wear resistance was analyzed from two aspects of wear volume and carbide distribution. The results show that the wear volume of W6 HSS after cryogenic treatment reduces significantly; the cryogenic treatment has great influence on carbide precipitation, can refine the microstructure and improve wear resistance.
