摘　　要：随着公立医院综合改革的不断深化,公立医院药事服务价值链被重构,药房由利润中心转变为成本中心。如何对医院药事服务供应链进行变革,是医院发展亟待解决的问题。在对公立医院药事服务供应链条及其典型的变革路径进行系统梳理的基础之上,基于价值链理论,提出不同等级公立医院药事服务供应链变革路径的选择建议。With the deepening of comprehensive reform of public hospitals,the value chain of pharmaceutical service in public hospitals has been reconstructed,and hospital pharmacy has been transformed from the profit center into the cost center. How to reform the supply chain of hospital pharmacy service is an urgent problem to be solved in hospital development. Through systematic analysis of supply chain of pharmaceutical services in public hospitals and its typical reform path,based on value chain theory,selection suggestions are proposed on reform path of supply chain of pharmaceutical services in public hospitals with different levels.
